The victim, whose identity is being withheld due to his age, was enjoying a summer evening at Children’s Park off Intervale Street when two teenage boys approached him. According to police reports, the suspects brandished what appeared to be a firearm and demanded the child’s iPhone, shoes, and money.
“I was terrified,” the young victim told WCVB5. “I was thinking, ‘What if I die right here on the spot?'”
