Ashley St. Clair is urging Elon Musk to finalize their co-parenting arrangement, saying he has not yet acknowledged their child. This comes a day after she confirmed giving birth to his 13th child five months ago.
In a now-deleted reply to Musk on X, St. Clair wrote that she and her team “have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded.” Her statement comes as speculation grows over the nature of their agreement.

Brian Glicklich, a representative for St. Clair, issued a statement on X, confirming that she and Musk had been “privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time.” He added, “It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashley and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially.
We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share.”

St. Clair also accused Musk of engaging with an X user who allegedly posted inappropriate photos of her from when she was underage. “It’s interesting that Elon is responding to this clearly in jest screenshot that was discussed with his team months ago in a documented call,” she wrote. “Now he decides to respond to it publicly from an account that posted underage photos of me, as if he wasn’t asking me to have more children last week.”
She further stated, “I would like to take this offline for our child’s sake and have been attempting to do so for weeks.”
A deleted post from St. Clair included a screenshot of a message from X’s head of safety, which appeared to confirm that the account Musk had engaged with was temporarily suspended for “non-consensual nudity” and “a threat to expose.”
St. Clair first announced the birth of her and Musk’s child on Feb. 14, stating that she had kept the information private for the child’s safety but felt compelled to address it as tabloid media threatened to do so.
Musk, 53, has 13 children, including those he shares with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, singer Grimes, and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. He has previously been involved in legal disputes over parental rights, most recently with Grimes in 2023.
As speculation around Musk’s co-parenting arrangement with St. Clair continues, she remains firm in her request for him to acknowledge their child and finalize their agreement.
