Sabina Rosas, 33, a Brooklyn-based artist and founder of RUYO Journal, was found dead in a guest room at Shou Sugi Ban House, a luxury spa in Water Mill, New York. Her alleged suspect, Thomas Gannon, 56, was later found dead by suicide.
Rosas, also known as Sabina Khorramdel, was originally from Tajikistan and was engaged to fashion designer Ryder Iwata. However, authorities determined that she and Gannon had a “domestic” relationship.
Hours after Rosas’s death, Gannon, a business owner in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, was found dead at his home from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

As per Hindustan Times, Ryder Itawa described Gannon as an art benefactor while some suggested a personal connection.
An online listing states that the home where he died is listed for sale for $550,000.
